Cancellations:
- If you cancel 24 hours prior to your arrival time you will receive a refund minus a $20 USD processing fee.
- If you cancel 12 hours prior to your arrival time you will receive a 50% refund.
- If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to your arrival time you will receive no refund.
Please understand that golf carts are held just for you and are extremely limited supply. Management reserves the right to work with an help guest resolve any issues that arise. Thank You!
You must notify us at +1501 671-3131 or by email sales@costlessgolfcartrental.com of the cancellation.
You can expect your refund within 2 to 7 days depending on your bank.
Customer Responsibilities – Inspection Upon Delivery:
Customers are responsible for inspecting the golf cart at the time of delivery. Any damage should be reported immediately.
Refused Goods:
Refusal of a golf cart for any reason will not be grounds for any kind of refund. All sales final.
Disputes:
If you have a dispute with you payment or item please call us at +1 501 671-3131 or email sales@costlessgolfcartrental.com so we can get this corrected ASAP.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
